SMIN Power Group CEO Wins Award at IEEE NAECON Conference For Li-Ion Battery Management Technology

SMIN Power Group LLC is pleased to announce that CEO Dr. Ngalula Sandrine Mubenga has been recognized with a 1st Place award for a poster session given at the National Aerospace & Electronics Conference (NAECON) 2018.
In this presentation Dr. Mubenga shared research being done on the #BilevelEqualizer which increases the capacity and longevity of #Lithium-Ion #batteries used in many applications from automotive to aerospace. This new technology provides for a low-cost battery management system that yields performance approaching that of much more expensive Active Equalizers used in the past. Better battery management provides more capacity, and longer life for li-ion batteries.
NAECON 2018 ran July 23 – 26, 2018. The host city was Dayton OH USA. NAECON 2018 was organized by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). The IEEE is the world’s largest technical professional organization for the advancement of technology.
